Synopsis

In the year 2067, a mother narrates a story to her child - a protest which reflected that the community didn’t fear losing their life. They feared losing their environment to destruction and abuse. She narrates their revolt against authorities, who polluted their coastline and traditions through mining.

From the filmmaker

We decided to write an anticipation film with a narrator who describes today’s world—the world before the impending climate catastrophe—from a child’s perspective. We feel that this approach allows us to take a step back… or rather, to get a head start on the conversation for the next generation.
