ALT EFF is built by a dedicated team of creatives & changemakers. Our backgrounds are diverse and we are yoked by a common sense of urgency of the climate crisis and a shared confidence in the role of the arts to inspire communities in action.

Our team works 100% remote and is spread out across India and the world. We gather together for in-person work periods in Panchgani, Maharashtra, and during the festival dates. We work with passion, enthusiasm, and balance. Join us :)
