WATCH PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

PURCHASE:

All purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Films are available for streaming only during the festival dates, December 4-14, 2025. There is no limit on the number of times a film can be streamed.

WATCH PARTY SUSTAINABILITY GUIDELINES:

No single use plastics allowed, this includes but is not limited to plastic water bottles & cups, plastic utensils and plates

INDEMNITY:

ALT EFF is not responsible for the safety of any Watch Party participants and cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen during a Watch Party.
ALT EFF is not responsible for any losses or damages occurred to host property during a Watch Party, which includes set up and take down.
The opinions expressed during a Watch Party, by both hosts and participants, are personal and are not that of ALT EFF. ALT EFF is not liable for any opinions shared.
